This Java Class Library allows the conversion of Latitude/Longitude between Decimal Degrees and Degrees, Minutes and Seconds. It allows conversion in both directions and will also format the returned string.
A simple tutorial is available. Source code can be obtained from Kenai-LatLongConverter. You will need a Kenai login to access this project. Using Netbeans and its Kenai integration is the easiest way to do it.
This is alpha software. I will slowly improve on this as I require further functionality. Suggestions are always welcome.
